Lacto-fermented foods are the original probiotics. Learn a process that not only preserves foods, but also increases the vital life force in foods, increases Vitamin C, increases enzymes, and adds helpful "gut good guys", lactobacilli to your food. It's easy, it's inexpensive, and it packs a big nutritional wallop!
