Baltimore’s finest chefs to host a monthly Supper Club – with dinner prepared exclusively for thirty guests in Boordy’s beautiful rustic Winecellar. On July 16th the top-notch Chef Sebastian Cordona of La Barrita presents five unique courses that will be paired with Boordy’s estate-grown wines, including our spectacular 80th Anniversary Founder’s Reserve.
First course: La Barrita Salad, heirloom tomatoes, burrata.
Second course: Chorizo de Campo, wood fired home made sausage.
Third course: Gnocci del Bosque, wild porcini cream sauce.
Fourth course: Asado de Lena, wood fired steak and frites.
Fifth course: Flan Rustico.
