As part of our 80th Anniversary celebration, we are partnering with some of Baltimore’s finest chefs to host a monthly Supper Club – with dinner prepared exclusively for thirty guests in Boordy’s beautiful rustic Winecellar. On June 18th the artistic Chef Brian Lavin of Cosiera presents five unique courses that will be paired with Boordy’s estate-grown wines, including our spectacular 80th Anniversary Founder’s Reserve.
First course: Pork Cheek Rillette, crostini, violet mustard & pickled golden raisin.
Second course: Roasted Golden and Red Beets, sumac yogurt, upland cress and toasted sesame seeds.
Third course: Roasted Spanish Octopus, local turtle bean hummus, dandelion greens and muhamarra.
Fourth course: Braised Beef Short Rib with celery root risotto and balsamic jus.
Fifth course: Italian Ricotta Torta, lemon marmelade and whipped cream.
