As part of our 80th Anniversary celebration, we are partnering with some of Baltimore’s finest chefs to host a monthly Supper Club – with dinner prepared exclusively for thirty guests in Boordy’s beautiful rustic Winecellar. On May 21st the gifted Chef Carlos Raba of Clavel/Nana presents five unique courses that will be paired with Boordy’s estate-grown wines, including our spectacular 80th Anniversary Founder’s Reserve.
First course: Tuna Crudo Tostada with pickled cucumber in black sauce and garlic aioli.
Second course: Heirloom Tomato Salad with seasonal greens, hominy corn and aged Manchego cheese.
Third course: Tostada of Grilled Shrimp, aguacate with salsa matcha (contains nuts) and sunflower aioli.
Fourth course: “Cabreria” Butterfly Tenderloin Steak with black beans, queso fresco and spring grilled onion y frijol negro.
Fifth course: Mexican Flan
