
Baltimore’s finest chefs to host a monthly Supper Club – with dinner prepared exclusively for thirty guests in Boordy’s beautiful rustic Winecellar. On September 17th the brilliant Chef Zack Mills of True Chesapeake presents five unique courses that will be paired with Boordy’s estate-grown wines, including our spectacular 80th Anniversary Founder’s Reserve.
First course: True Chesapeake Oyster with sparkling wine mignonette and caviar.
Second course: Farm Greens Salad, local tomatoes, tomato basil vinaigrette.
Third course: Poached Snakehead, local tomatoes, tomato beurre blanc.
Fourth course: Barbeque Spiced Brisket, cornbread puree, corn succotash.
Fifth course: Local Seasonal Fruit with Zabaione.

- All Up-to- date info will appear on our Facebook and Instagram posts. It is possible that inclement weather alters the live music and the visiting vendors.
- MON, TUE, WED, FRI, SAT all visitors must be 21 years and up.
- THU & SUN- Families with under 21 years of age are welcomed. Please keep your children with you. Boordy accepts no responsibility for injury caused to children who are not properly chaperoned.
- FOOD purchased at Boordy is the only food permitted in the Boordy Barn.
- ICE – Boordy sells wine already chilled, but please anticipate if your picnic and drinks will need ice – you may bring your own or purchase from Boordy for $4.
